Welcome to the website of the Centre of Support for Teaching & Learning (C.T.L.) of the University of the Aegean.

Responding to the support of the contemporary needs of modern teaching and learning processes while following recognized quality standards, both at a European and an international level, the University of the Aegean established the Centre of Support for Teaching and Learning in 2020, which participates as a member of the Network of Teaching and Learning Support Centres of Greek Universities (N.C.T.L). Through an interdisciplinary and interdepartmental approach and by continuously monitoring developments in the field of University Pedagogy, the C.T.L. aims at promoting innovative methods and practices for the reinforcement of the University of the Aegean teaching staff’s pedagogical and teaching training, so as to ensure an effective educational process. Last but not least, the C.T.L. - through the creation of support structures, the organization of educational activities, the participation in networks, the encouragement of synergies and the undertaking of initiatives - is oriented towards raising the academic community’s pedagogical awareness and enhancing the joint effort for a continuous improvement of the academic work provided to students.
